Privacy
How OK’D handles the details you share through this site. Last updated November 2026.
Who I am
OK’D is the design studio of Oisín Kelly, a sole trader based in Galway, Ireland. I’m responsible for any personal data collected through this website. You can reach me at info@oisinkellydesign.com.
What I collect
When you use the contact form, I receive your name, email address, the type of project you’re interested in and your message. I don’t ask for anything else, and I don’t collect sensitive information.
Why I use it
Only to reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to manage that project. The legal basis is my legitimate interest in responding to people who get in touch, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. I won’t add you to a mailing list or send marketing without asking first.
Who else sees it
This site is built and hosted on Framer, which processes form submissions and delivers them to my email. Your details aren’t sold or shared with anyone else, except where the law requires it.
How long I keep it
Enquiries that don’t lead to a project are deleted within 12 months. If we work together, I keep project correspondence for as long as needed for the work and my business and tax records.
Analytics
The site uses Framer’s built-in analytics to see overall visits and page views. It isn’t used to identify you or to show you ads.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data I hold about you, or object to how I use it, by emailing info@oisinkellydesign.com. If you’re unhappy with how your data has been handled, you can contact the Data Protection Commission in Ireland (dataprotection.ie).
